Digital Camcorder Lenses

Experiment with different lens adapters, such as wide-angle or telephoto. Digital camcorders usually have a much broader zoom range than digital still cameras, but if the zoom range isn't broad enough and your camcorder accepts accessory lenses, pick up a wide-angle or telephoto adapter lens. A wide-angle lens is great for tight spots, especially when you're indoors at a party where you may be too close to your subjects to get the full view you'd like. A telephoto lens, of course, allows you to get closer to subjects that are far away, such as performers in a ring at the circus or in rugged terrain when you're searching out wildlife.
