Q. I have an HP computer Model a6434f, the processor is an Intel Core 2 Duo CPU. 32 bit OS using Vista Home Premium. My computer kept giving me a blue screen with white text saying something had gone wrong and was automatically shutting down. I used the HP system to restart from scratch, but had backed everything up that was in my computer. I thought it said in "F", but going into that section it has nothing. How do I get into the stuff I backed up to get some of the programs etc. that I want to reload.
