My friend has windows xp and is having trouble trying to download Windows resizer powertoy for win. XP. When she downloads it, she can't find it anywhere on her computer. This is what she emailed me:
"I have downloaded it using run and using save. Still no luck. It will show on my start menu but when I float the curser over it the drop down box will say "empty". When I downloaded it with "save" it would be in that file and when I double click it the install box will pop up no matter how many times I have already installed it from that particular download. I completely uninstalled it from control panel and reinstalled it with no better results. I do have another photo software installed (Kodak) so maybe somehow that is not allowing another photo download? If so, I will uninstall that sucker and just manage my photos with Windows."
