Subject:  Software to reset Windows User Password
From:  ANNWRIGHT2

Q. On another topic, I wondered if anyone has a recommendation for a program to reset the Windows User Password. I'd like to help a friend with a Vista machine either recover her forgotten Password or create a new one. I'd also like to be able to help another friend with an old laptop using Windows 2000 or earlier, do the same thing.

I see a lot of software advertised for this purpose, but which one might be the best for a novice?

Thanks for the help!
