Problem: Sometimes I try to load a page and nothing happens, and I wonder, “Is this site down, or is it me?”
Solution: No one likes typing in a URL and getting an error message. Sure the site could be down, but the situation may mean something on your end is blocking the site from loading, such as a bad firewall setting. Don’t panic, though; all you have to do is type the problem site into Down For Everyone Or Just Me (www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com). It can tell you whether the site itself is down; if not, the problem is likely with your computer.
